Shepherd Electric Supply in Richmond, VA seeks a DTS Floor Coordinator to log inbound and outbound material, keep the department calendar current, and build storage packets to speed project flows.

You will coordinate with the DTS and Project Management teams to log shipments, verify requests against staged items, and ensure paperwork matches transactions, keeping every record accurate and audit-ready.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in electrical industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Eclipse a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting and math.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate DTS shipment requests with DTS and Project Management.
• Confirm requests against what is staged to catch mismatches.
• Keep department calendar current and storage packets complete.
• Maintain detailed notes on inbound/outbound material.
• Ensure paperwork matches transactions and is audit-ready.
• Communicate clearly with teams and leadership on issues.
