Job summary

Monoflo International, Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator in Winchester, VA to expedite material flow between departments and stage items in production locations.

The role requires scanning, weighing and labeling materials, maintaining accurate staging inventory, and supporting the forklift operations under OSHA guidelines. You will analyze schedules, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely delivery of components to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and recording skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be able to consistently lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OSHA forklift certification training and maintain such certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules, inventory reports and work orders to determine material needs and priority.
• Verify conformance of material deliveries.
• Locate, pick and weigh materials according to production requirements.
• Scan items into/out of staging and transit locations.
• Perform daily forklift safety and maintenance checks.
• Operate equipment per OSHA guidelines.
• Report to Internal Supply Chain Supervisor and take direction.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
