You will work with the DTS and Project Management teams to review, approve, and coordinate shipment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely handoffs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the electrical industry preferred; attitude and reliability matter more than years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of accounting and math.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and coordinate DTS shipment requests with teams.
• Log inbound and outbound material accurately and keep the calendar current.
• Create storage packets and ensure paperwork matches transactions.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation to support audits.
• Identify workflow friction and suggest process improvements.
• Communicate clearly with DTS, Project Management, and leadership.
