Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in the electrical industry preferred; attitude and reliability matter more than years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, and Office 365; familiarity with Eclipse is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a professional, pleasant phone demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Log inbound and outbound material and keep the department calendar current.
• Process and approve shipment requests and ensure documentation matches actual activity.
• Coordinate with the DTS and Project Management teams to review and approve requests.
• Create DTS storage packets accurately and on request.
• Maintain organized records so material, paperwork, and billing align and audit-ready.
