Job summary

Morgan Li in Chicago Heights, IL is seeking a Material Handler to move materials safely and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will use Epicor ERP for inventory transactions, stage and store materials, and support production by ensuring timely deliveries to work areas.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and basic math skills. Previous ERP experience and forklift operation are preferred; high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using ERP system (Epicor) preferred.
• Experience performing bin-to-bin transfers and inventory control preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, sub-assemblies, WIP and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas to prevent delays.
• Receive, stage, store, and organize materials per procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movements.
• Use Epicor ERP to perform inventory transactions and transfers.
• Identify parts, quantities and locations before moving materials.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits during downtime.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas.
