Job summary

ETS-Lindgren is seeking a focused Material Handler to support movement and labeling of parts through production areas, ensuring timely sequencing per job routings. You will record moves in the data collection system and assist leaders to keep materials flowing to meet deadlines.

This role requires 1–2 years material coordination experience, high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with ERP data collection systems. On-site work with standard shop floor responsibilities and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of material coordinator experience.
• Experience with an ERP data collection system.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate movement of all materials completed through each work center in a timely manner following the sequence in the job routings.
• Record and process job moves in the data collection system.
• Package and label items in preparation for the next process. Verify all parts are identified with the correct item number.
• Work with Outside Services personnel to coordinate movement of all items that require an outside process, following through to completion.
• Print jobs and dispatch reports daily in order to flow materials in the necessary order to meet deadlines.
• Assist the department leaders in any tasks necessary to keep product moving through specified work centers.
