Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a dependable mailroom/warehouse associate to process inbound and outbound shipments, verify documents, and support daily distribution operations at the Johnson & Jonsen facility in Florida.

You will work day shifts, perform packing, labeling, and inventory tasks, and ensure accurate records while maintaining safety and efficiency in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years related warehouse experience
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Verify bills of lading and packing lists daily.
• Coordinate with distribution operators to meet process outcomes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete shipment documentation.
• Handle UPS/FEDEX orders from CHUTES area.
• Operate basic manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow GMP guidelines.
