Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Material Expeditor - Process Technician to ensure tote and shipper box flow within the Distribution line at the Johnson & Johnson facility. You will be an employee of NXTPoint but work on site at the Johnson & Johnson site.

The role requires monitoring tote flow, clearing jams, reporting performance, and training new employees. It involves picking from VSUs/PTLs, boxing, scanning, and ensuring timely shipments with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school or G.E.D. degree; minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tote flow and clears jams to ensure order flow to the pack station area.
• Report on performance against goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining daily operations.
• Demonstrate accurate following directions and simple procedures.
• Pick products from Vertical Storage Unit (VSU) and Pick to Light (PTL) units and place product into trays.
• Place boxes in magazine chute (Box Dropper) and scan product for boxing and shipment.
• Fill A-Frame channels with product, retrieve and return cases to flow racks.
• Retrieve product to fulfill incomplete orders to be shipped the same day.
