Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Jacksonville facility to support warehousing operations, shipping, and receiving. This role emphasizes safe handling of goods, accurate inventory movement, and efficient palletizing to meet daily fulfillment needs.

Candidates should have prior forklift/MHE experience, be able to work night shifts as needed, and comply with safety and OSHA standards. The position offers a climate-controlled environment and onsite amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months verifiable work experience operating material handling equipment in the last 36 months.
• Ability to perform duties safely in a warehouse environment and follow OSHA standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other MHE to move, stack, and pick merchandise safely.
• Load and unload shipments, stage products, and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow security procedures.
• Assist in routine cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.
• Keep work area clean and report equipment maintenance needs.
