Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tampa, FL to perform receiving, storing, packing, and shipping duties in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare products for outbound shipments, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role includes light assembly, inventory support, and equipment operation including a shrink-wrap machine and RF scanner. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 months related experience, strong

Qualifications

High school or G.E.D. degree; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack and record storage; light assembly per customer instructions.
Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations; stack and store merchandise.
Operate shrink-wrap machine; label, wrap, and repack as needed.
Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts; report shortages or damages.
