Overview

Job Title: Materials Coordinator
Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Hours/Schedule: 8am-5pm
Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Quality Assurance and Operations the processing of lot release of inventory items in Visual Vault.
• Coordinates with Operations the monthly freight shipments to contract manufacturers and inspects shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Primary contact for warehouse deliveries and shipments of components to contract manufacturers.
• Supports material transference needs of other departments within the organization (R&D and marketing samples).
• Processes finishing WO by creating material packing lists required and completes the issuance of components (Visual Vault) to production upon Quality verification.
