Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in electronics manufacturing to hire a detail-oriented Material Control Clerk in St. Paul, MN. The role supports production, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will pick materials, manage cycle counts, and use M1 ERP to keep records accurate. The position offers first shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a pay rate of $17 to $18 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes, ERP systems, math, and computers.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Keep Production Moving as a Material Control Clerk

Location: St. Paul, MN | Schedule: 1st shift, 8am to 4:30pm | Payrate: $17-$18/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry to find a detail-oriented Material Control Clerk to support production, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations. What You’ll Do

• Pick and deliver materials to production using pick tickets.
• Identify material shortages and communicate them to the Planner/Buyer.
• Complete inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Follow FIFO procedures and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with shipping, order picking, and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support production schedules.

Preferred: Material picking or inventory experience, manufacturing experience, and familiarity with M1 ERP or similar systems.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and frequently climb ladders. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally, and use a computer for extended periods.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
