PDS Tech Commercial in Ogden, UT is seeking a dependable Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to support aerospace operations. This full-time, 12-month contract role combines hands-on warehouse duties with SAP S/4 and data management to ensure materials flow smoothly.

You will receive, store, ship, and track materials, work with internal customers and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement in logistics and production support while positioned for potential contract-to-hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of additional education and/or related experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal customers and suppliers.
• Ability to perform manual and clerical supply chain duties.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
• Verify material quantities, weights, and conformance requirements.
• Prepare shipping records, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Route materials accurately to their assigned destinations.
• Pull and assemble kits according to production schedules.
• Deliver kits and materials to the shop floor to support operational needs.
• Process and maintain supply chain data using computers and applicable software systems.
• Perform goods issuing and goods receiving transactions in SAP S/4.
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, and other material‑handling equipment as required.
• Support multiple areas across supply chain logistics and business operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers, suppliers, and team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you'll provide administrative, technical, tactical, and execution support across key supply chain functions, including logistics, operations, and engineering property processes.

Required Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of additional education and/or related experience
• Experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 , including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills when working with customers and suppliers
• Ability to perform both manual and clerical supply chain duties
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issue and Goods Receiving transactions
• Experience reading and working from Stores Pick Tickets
• Previous warehouse experience
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and operations
• Forklift and/or reach‑lift experience

Pay Details:

$21.42 per hour
