Job summary

Adecco is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk in Glendale, CA for a manufacturing environment that emphasizes collaboration and accountability. The role covers cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory data accuracy, with daily order processing and returns handling.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential overtime. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour and benefits start after 1 week, including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System/ERP to track inventory.
• Experience with shipping/receiving domestically and internationally.

Inventory Control Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Picking and processing customer’s orders using a warehouse management system
• Perform regular cycle counts and audits of physical stock against computer records to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, initiate purchase orders to replenish stock, and manage damaged or returned items
• Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming shipments and products in designated locations.
• Maintain meticulous records, update inventory databases, and generate reports on stock levels and discrepancies for management.
• Utilize manual pallet jack to move products by loading small and large parcels and pallets
• Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose
• Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 1 year experience of working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Be able to stand, bend, and do lifting during the full 8-hour shift.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System/ERP system and following best practice to ensure inventory is tracked correctly.
• Experience with Shipping & Receiving domestic and internationally with all carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Stamps.com
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Detail-orientated is a must.
• Ability to communicate professionally with management and team.
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some overtime.

Pay Details:
