Innova Solutions is hiring a Material Associate in Medley, FL for a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role requires handling materials, assembly, inspection, and adherence to safety standards on a 7:00am to 3:30pm schedule (Mon–Fri). Spanish language skills are required, and applicants must have a HS diploma with 2 years of relevant experience or 4 years without HS.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with benefits eligibility. Applicants must be on a W-2 basis.

• In the absence of an HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
• Spanish is required.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Material Associate
Position type: Full-time, Contract to possible extension
Duration: 6 months
Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: 1st shift (7:00am to 3:30pm) M-F

As a Material Associate,you will:

• Handle assembly, repair, or transportation manufacturing materials.

• Assemble parts and components following technical instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Inspect products to ensure quality and identify defects
• Operate basic tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

The ideal candidate will have:

• HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• In the absence of an HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
• Spanish is required

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $15.00/hr to $17.00 /hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
