The Opportunity

This position works out of our Plymouth location in the Electrophysiology Medical Device division. In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

What YOU’LL WORK ON

We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Specialist I, Material and Inventory to ensure all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to required areas in a timely manner. This position may also include Shipping & Receiving tasks if applicable. We are team-oriented, fast-paced and progressive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically.
  • Generate Work Orders from an ERP system
  • Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system
  • Perform cycle counting - Process stock transfers and material requests
  • Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks
  • Complete Shipping & Receiving execution tasks if applicable
  • Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and domestic goods

1st Shift – 5am – 3:30pm (4 - 10 hour days, M - Thur)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of college preferred
  • 2 years of experience in related disciplines preferred
  • General proficiencies in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)

The base pay for this position is

$19.15 – $38.35/hour
