WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Inventory & eCommerce Specialist, you’ll manage inventory and drive the performance of our client’s online store for marketing and promotional materials. From analyzing sales trends to coordinating with suppliers and warehouses, you’ll ensure the right products are available at the right time—while keeping operations smooth and customers satisfied.

This full-time role is based on-site in Orlando, FL or Miami, FL, with occasional travel to client sites, suppliers, and our Chicago HQ.

A TYPICAL WEEK

  • Monday: Review current stock levels, analyze recent sales trends, and flag potential stock-outs or surplus inventory.
  • Tuesday: Meet with vendors to confirm lead times, resolve delivery issues, and negotiate terms.
  • Wednesday: Oversee order processing and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Thursday: Run performance reports and adjust inventory strategies based on metrics like sell-through rates and order velocity.
  • Friday: Partner with marketing and sales to align inventory with upcoming promotions and product launches.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, eCommerce operations, or a related field
  • Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP platforms, and eCommerce tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with reporting tools
  • Familiarity with supply chain logistics and inventory best practices
  • Experience in marketing materials or promotional products is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset and continuous improvement approach
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or a related field preferred
