Job summary

Kraft Soccer in Foxborough, MA is seeking part-time Match Day and Event Staff to support game day operations and customer service. You will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager and staff to prepare for games and events, assist with pre-game and in-game guest experiences, youth soccer activities, and hospitality tasks, and deliver first-class customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Part-time availability, 75% of games during season.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge or passion for soccer preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game day and special events prep.
• Coordinate pre-game, in-game, and postgame guest experiences.
• Support youth soccer and hospitality events.
• Provide first-class customer service to guests.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
