Job summary

New England Revolution is seeking a part-time team member to assist with game day operations and guest services, working with the Hospitality & Administration Manager and staff to support pre‑game, in‑game and post‑game activities.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail and delivering first‑class service to stadium guests, with opportunities to assist youth soccer and hospitality events. You must be reliable, outgoing and able to coordinate multiple tasks during busy game days.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of working experience.
• Must be available on a part-time basis, committing to a minimum of 75% of games throughout the regular season.
• Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability.
• Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred.
• The successful candidate would be outgoing, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Additional relevant education, training or experience is a bonus.
• Must be 18 years or age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of game days and special events.
• Help with the coordination of pre-game, in-game and postgame guest experiences.
• Assist with pre-game and in-game youth soccer and hospitality events.
• Deliver first-class customer service to all guests at the stadium.
• Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates.
