Job summary

Kraft Soccer in Foxborough, MA is seeking part-time Match Day and Event Staff to support game day operations and customer service. You will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager and staff to prepare for games and events, assist with pre-game and in-game guest experiences, youth soccer activities, and hospitality tasks, and deliver first-class customer service.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Part-time availability, 75% of games during season.

The incumbent will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager along with various team staff in their daily game day activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attention to detail while providing first-hand experience of the game day operations of a professional sports team. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Assist in the preparation of game days and special events.2. Help with the coordination of pre-game, in-game and postgame guest experiences.3. Assist with pre-game and in-game youth soccer and hospitality events.4. Deliver first-class customer service to all guests at the stadium.5.
