Job description

SUMMARY

This role will assist in the club's overall game day operations and customer service. The incumbent will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager along with various team staff in their daily game day activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attention to detail while providing first‑hand experience of the game day operations of a professional sports team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the preparation of game days and special events.
2. Help with the coordination of pre‑game, in‑game and postgame guest experiences.
3. Assist with pre‑game and in‑game youth soccer and hospitality events.
4. Deliver first‑class customer service to all guests at the stadium.
5. Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 0‑2 years of working experience
• Must be available on a part‑time basis, committing to a minimum of 75% of games throughout the regular season
• Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and have a sense of accountability
• Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred
• The successful candidate would be outgoing, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Additional relevant education, training or experience is a bonus
• Must be 18 years of age or older

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
