Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a MOUD/MAT Nurse to join the Criminal Justice Center in Memphis, TN.

You will provide skilled nursing care and medication-assisted treatment to patients with opioid use disorders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This role covers induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases, with observed dosing, patient education, and thorough documentation to meet regulatory standards and support recovery.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations.
• Assess and monitor patients through the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment.
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care.
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care.
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements.

Position Summary
