Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a MOUD/MAT Nurse to join the Criminal Justice Center in Memphis, TN. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week, delivering medication-assisted treatment to patients with opioid use disorders within a multidisciplinary team.

You will administer MOUD, monitor induction and stabilization, coordinate care with providers and pharmacy, document thoroughly, and advocate for recovery-focused care in a correctional setting. Hours are flexible.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
• Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements

Position Summary
