Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an MAT Nurse for the Northeast CF in Clayton, NM. Opportunities are available for day, evening, and night shifts to support MOUD/MAT treatment and patient recovery.

The role involves administering MOUD, monitoring patients through induction to maintenance phases, collaborating with the care team, educating patients, and ensuring compliant documentation. LPN license and CPR certification required, with 2+ years of nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations.
• Assess and monitor patients through induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment.
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care.
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care.
• Serve as a patient advocate with a recovery-focused, non-judgmental approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements.

What You'll Need

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
