Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a MAT RN Nurse in Memphis, TN to administer MOUD medications and monitor patients through induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, respond to sick calls, educate patients, and ensure continuity of care in a correctional setting. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations.
• Assess and monitor patients through induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment.
• Coordinate care with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and the treatment team.
• Respond to sick calls, educate patients, monitor medications, and support continuity of care.
• Advocate for patients with a recovery-focused, non-judgmental approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.

POSITION: MAT RN Nurse

SCHEDULE: Opportunities available for day, evening, and night shifts

FACILITY: Criminal Justice Center

LOCATION: Memphis, TN

Position Summary

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
• Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements
