Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Recovery and Reentry Services Manager to lead MAT and reentry across designated facilities. You will supervise medical and behavioral health teams, expand MAT programs, and ensure compliance with regulations and contracts. You will coordinate with facility leadership and community partners to advance reentry outcomes.

The role emphasizes program development, staff training, and maintaining high standards of patient care within a correctional healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure with a Master's in clinical/counseling psychology, social work, or public health.
• Or RN with graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Experience coordinating behavioral health or medical service delivery systems.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health/medical programming.
• Experience with management, supervision, data collection, and quality assurance.
• Experience in correctional healthcare with multiple stakeholders.
• Substance abuse certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MAT and reentry services across facilities with medical, mental health, and security teams.
• Implement and expand MAT programs including staffing and protocol adherence.
• Provide clinical supervision, staff development, and training for professionals.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations; monitor contracts and funding.
• Liaise with facility leadership, subcontracted agencies and community partners.
