Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in California seeks an experienced RN MAT Coordinator to lead medication-assisted treatment services in assigned facilities. You will direct clinical care, coordinate with medical, behavioral health, and custody teams, oversee staff education, and ensure continuity of treatment for patients on MAT.

Required Master’s or RN licensure, plus experience in behavioral health, program development, and multidisciplinary supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating behavioral health or medical services within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of integrated behavioral health/medical programming.
• Experience in correctional healthcare settings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates MAT services with medical, nursing, behavioral health, and security staff.
• Directs clinical services and supervises staff development and training.
• Ensures labs, drug screens, and medication coordination for MAT patients.
• Oversees operations and coordinates with community methadone programs.
• Supports program development and ongoing quality and compliance.
