Job summary

Wellpath seeks a Clinical Coordinator MAT to lead Medication Assisted Treatment programs across designated Colorado facilities. You will oversee development, implementation, and management, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to individuals with substance use disorders.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, program expansion, and adherence to best practices, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with independent licensure in clinical/counseling psychology or social work, or RN licensure with relevant state credentials.
• Substance abuse certification desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise MAT services within assigned facilities, fostering collaboration among a multidisciplinary team of medical providers, nursing, mental health professionals, psychiatry, and security staff.
• Collaborate with the Regional Office team to contribute to program design and MAT service expansion, including staffing and program development, while also ensuring clinical supervision, professional education, and staff development for on-site personnel.
• Direct clinical services according to licensure and scope of practice, overseeing healthcare staff training provided to other facility personnel.
• Assign clinical duties and responsibilities to healthcare staff based on their position descriptions, education, and professional expertise.
• Represent the corporation's interests to facility administrative staff and facilitate cooperation for the effective delivery of MAT services.
