Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking an RN MAT Coordinator to lead the delivery of medication assisted treatment within designated facilities. You will coordinate development, implementation, and ongoing management of the MAT program with an integrated healthcare team, directing clinical services and ensuring continuity of care for patients on MAT.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical/counseling psychology or social work or RN with licensure.
• Experience coordinating and administering behavioral health or medical services.
• Knowledge of integrated behavioral health/medical programming in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates MAT services with medical, nursing, behavioral health, and security staff.
• Provides clinical supervision and staff development.
• Directs clinical services and assigns duties in line with licensure.
• Conducts patient assessments, screenings, referrals, labs, and coordination of medications.
• Coordinates MAT operations and collaborates with community methadone clinics.
