Job summary

AppleGate Recovery is seeking a Full Time Licensed Counselor for MAT Clinics to support adults with opioid use disorder. You will provide individual and group therapy, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and develop personalized care plans using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.

Licensure in Tennessee (LCDAC/CADC/LCSW/CSW/LMFT/LMFTA/LPCC/LPCA) is required, with preferred experience with chemically dependent populations. Competitive benefits and STAR LRP opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCDAC, CADC, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LMFTA, LPCC, or LPCA in Tennessee.
• Preferred: Previous experience with chemically dependent individuals.
• Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services at scheduled intervals; coordinate services throughout treatment.
• Conduct initial assessment and evaluation to determine eligibility.
• Complete Bio-psychosocial assessment.
• Establish individualized treatment plan and review as indicated.
• Respond to patient grievances and complaints as needed.
• Develop aftercare and discharge plans.
• Provide support for other clinic locations.
