Job summary

Cherokee Indian Hospital Authority is seeking a Supervisor for the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program within Behavioral Health. The role focuses on clinical supervision, program administration, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for adults and families with substance use disorders.

The position is 70% clinical and 30% administrative, with leadership responsibilities across staff and collaboration with multiple departments to meet productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, or counseling; or doctoral degree in psychology.
• Must be fully licensed in NC (LCSW/LCMHC/PhD).
• Must be fully licensed as LCAS.
• CSI or CCS credential or willingness to pursue within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to MAT program staff.
• Oversee documentation and clinical oversight for patients in MAT program.
• Coordinate with Behavioral Health teams and hospital departments.
