Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Fully licensed LCSW in North Carolina.
• Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) preferred.
• Three years of care for patients with substance use disorders; 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MAT program across all clinical sites.
• Coordinate MAT services to maintain a standardized, integrated care model.
• Develop and improve MAT workflows, procedures, and policies.
