Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Credentials CAC, CAS, CADC, CRC, LADC I/II, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT or commit to obtain within 60 days.
• Bachelor’s degree holders may apply if committed to credential attainment within 30–60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling in addiction recovery settings.
• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient recovery plans.
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of patient care and incidents.
• Develop initial and follow-up assessments and referral needs as appropriate.
• Coordinate aftercare planning and crisis intervention when required.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources and patients.
