Brockton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Brockton, MA is hiring a Substance Use Counselor for its Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program. The role involves delivering high-quality individual and group counseling to patients with opioid use disorder in a supportive, evidence-based setting.

Formación

• Must have LADC I, CADAC, LMHC, LICSW or LCSW licensure.
• Degree in psychology or social work or related health field.
• Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with MAT medications.
• Experience with individual and group counseling.
• Knowledge of CBT, MI and relapse prevention.
• Documentation experience per state/federal guidelines.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality, compassionate individual and group counseling.
• Plan, oversee, facilitate and document patient recovery.
• Co-facilitate group or family sessions as needed.
• Ensure all patient care documentation is timely and clear.
• Prepare individual treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Evaluate needs and referrals to other programs or facilities.
• Plan for aftercare for assigned patients.
• Provide crisis intervention to patients as needed.
• Provide case management and liaison with referral sources.
