Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Strong organizational and crisis management skills.
• Background checks and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient care delivery and conduct monthly chart reviews and audits.
• Perform intake and readmission assessments; provide crisis intervention and higher-level referrals.
• Lead staff training with the Program Director and delegate tasks.
• Support administrative and financial operations including reporting and community outreach.
