Job summary

Medford Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Medford, OR, seeks a Clinic Director to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality MAT/OUD care, and align with strategic goals. You'll oversee staff development, budget planning, regulatory compliance, and community relations to advance patient outcomes and program growth within a national network.

Ideal candidate brings strong leadership, P&L experience, and ability to collaborate with Medical Director and regional leadership to drive performance

Qualifications

• Masters degree + 3 years full-time administrative experience in addiction/opioid treatment
• Bachelor's degree + 4 years full-time administrative experience in addiction/opioid treatment
• Degree from accredited college or university
• Experience overseeing outpatient MAT/IOP/PHP/SUD programs
• Experience working in a narcotic treatment program (MAT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic business plan
• Serve as final authority on daily operations with the Medical Director
• Lead staff development and education
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and clinical standards
• Oversee personnel decisions including hiring and evaluations
• Build partnerships with community stakeholders
• Maintain medication security and medical records
• Lead risk management and incident investigations
• Ensure patient confidentiality and rights
