Qualifications

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Actively state-certified as an LPN or LVN.
• Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (AHA).
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and facility policies; comply with legal requirements.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments for MAT eligibility.
• Administer MAT medications as prescribed and monitor effects.
• Educate patients on MAT and adherence; address misconceptions and stigma.
• Monitor patients during induction, stabilization, and treatment phases.
• Maintain medical records in the electronic health record (TechCare).
• Observe patient health and mental status; provide emergency first aid.
• Provide discharge planning and patient education.
