Qualifications

Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state where you are practicing.
Must possess an active BLS/CPR Certification (AHA required).
Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, compassion, and attentiveness are necessary for interacting with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Must pass the facility's criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or injuries using exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
Conduct physical examinations of range of motion, strength, balance, and coordination.
Review medical histories and imaging results; identify and diagnose underlying conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on exercises and self-care.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; document and maintain patient records.
