Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical mental health experience; correctional healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders; discharge planning.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with mental illnesses and behavioral issues.
• Provide individual and group counseling; develop treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and security staff to ensure safe care; prepare reports and participate in hearings.
