Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Active state certification as LPN/LVN
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Aufgaben

• Perform patient assessments and interview patients about health problems and medication history
• Take vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Provide wound care and dressing changes
• Administer medications and monitor reactions
• Maintain medical records in TechCare EHR
• Observe patient health and mental status and provide first aid as needed
• Educate patients and participate in discharge planning
