Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office team, based in Jefferson City, MO. The role primarily supports remote MAT services statewide, with some travel to sites as needed.

RN or LPN licensure in Missouri is required, with a background in MAT or substance use services preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, telehealth, lab orders, and staff guidance, plus producing regular reports for Missouri DOC

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 3 years of related field experience preferred.
• Experience with MAT and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Experience working with a correctional institution or agency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MAT services for statewide contract and oversee referral processes.
• Coordinate telehealth services with telehealth coordinator and site nursing staff.
• Ensure appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion and provide guidance to site nursing staff.
• Provide regular reports to appropriate leadership on MAT program operations.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office Team in located in Jefferson City, Missouri.The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator provides coordination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for statewide contract by overseeing referral process, coordinating telehealth services in conjunction with telehealth coordinator and site healthcare staff, ensuring appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion, providing guidance to site nursing staff, and providing regular reports to the appropriate Assistant Division Directors for Missouri Department of Corrections and Centurion statewide leadership. Serves as a statewide subject matter expert for the delivery of MAT services.
