Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office team, based in Jefferson City, MO. The role primarily supports remote MAT services statewide, with some travel to sites as needed.

RN or LPN licensure in Missouri is required, with a background in MAT or substance use services preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, telehealth, lab orders, and staff guidance, plus producing regular reports for Missouri DOC

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Missouri.
Minimum 3 years of related field experience preferred.
Experience with MAT and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
Experience working with a correctional institution or agency preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate MAT services for statewide contract and oversee referral processes.
Coordinate telehealth services with telehealth coordinator and site nursing staff.
Ensure appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion and provide guidance to site nursing staff.
Provide regular reports to appropriate leadership on MAT program operations.
