Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time, telehealth physician with substance abuse treatment experience to join our Missouri team from Jefferson City; this role is 100% remote and requires residency in Missouri. You will provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to patients across 21 Missouri Department of Corrections facilities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold MD/DO, be board eligible or certified in primary care or emergency medicine, and

Qualifications

• MD/DO with BE or board certification in primary care or emergency medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Missouri medical license.
• Active Missouri DEA registration.
• Active Missouri BNDD registration.
• Experience in MAT services or substance abuse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide MAT services remotely to patients across 21 Missouri Department of Corrections facilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including facility leadership and correctional staff.
• Ensure high-quality continuity of care statewide across multiple facilities.
