Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time MAT Coordinator for the Missouri Regional Office in Jefferson City. The role oversees MAT services, referrals, and telehealth coordination with site staff to ensure timely lab orders and reporting.

The position is primarily remote with some travel and requires an RN or LPN license in Missouri. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in related healthcare fields, MAT experience, and a background in correctional settings.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license required.
• Missouri residency or MO nursing license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Experience working with a correctional institution or agency preferred.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Tuberculosis documentation current; CPR/BLS/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MAT services for statewide contract and oversee referrals.
• Coordinate telehealth services with telehealth coordinator and site nursing staff.
• Ensure laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion.
• Provide guidance to site nursing staff and regular reports to Missouri DOC leadership.
• Serve as statewide MAT delivery expert and subject matter expert.
• This is primarily remote with some travel as needed.

We are currently seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office Team in located in Jefferson City, Missouri.

The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator provides coordination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for statewide contract by overseeing referral process, coordinating telehealth services in conjunction with telehealth coordinator and site healthcare staff, ensuring appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion, providing guidance to site nursing staff, and providing regular reports to the appropriate Assistant Division Directors for Missouri Department of Corrections and Centurion statewide leadership. Serves as a statewide subject matter expert for the delivery of MAT services. While primarily a remote position, some travel is required.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Must reside in the State of Missouri or have current Missouri nursing license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in related field preferred.
• Experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Experience working with a correctional institution or agency preferred.
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable.Must show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
