Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time MAT Nurse Practitioner to join our telehealth team in Missouri. The MAT NP must reside in Missouri and hold an active Missouri APRN license with DEA.

This role requires MAT experience, background screening, credentialing, and offers Monday–Friday day shift, 40 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Missouri APRN license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Missouri BNDD MAT experience strongly preferred.
• Must reside in the state of Missouri.
• Must pass background screening and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide MAT via telehealth to enrolled patients.
• Monitor patient status and adjust treatment per MAT protocol.
• Complete credentialing and required administrative tasks.
