Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead multidisciplinary teams across correctional facilities in Missouri, ensuring day-to-day healthcare operations and program delivery for the region. Occasional travel to facilities in Central Missouri and to the Jefferson City Regional Office is required.

The role reports to the Assistant Vice President of Operations and demands strong contract administration, project management, and leadership with excellent communication skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-level contract administration and project management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day health care operations of the regional healthcare delivery program.
• Provide leadership and coordination for clinical services across correctional facilities.
• Travel frequently to facilities within Central Missouri and to the Jefferson City Regional Office.
• Report to Assistant Vice President of Operations and guide regional leadership decisions.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Director of Operations to lead our team of medical healthcare professionals at various correctional locations throughout Missouri. Frequent travel to facilities within assigned territory in Central Missouri and to our Regional Office in Jefferson City, Missouri will be required.The Regional Director of Operations (DO) reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Operations is responsible for the day to day health care operations of the overall healthcare delivery program for the assigned Region.
