Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Sales Attendant to welcome patrons and assist with product selection at the Masters Tournament. The role focuses on presenting features, benefits, and care instructions while delivering service that aligns with Club standards.

The position requires strong communication and teamwork, with the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both foreign and domestic patrons.
• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Offers sales assistance to patrons by communicating specific benefits and features of products.
• Assists patrons with size selection, providing options for consideration.
• Asks questions in order to improve the Masters experience, expressing sincere concern for the needs and interests of the patron.
• Answers patron questions with appropriate answers.
• Learns all product locations within the Golf Shop in order to direct patrons accordingly.
