Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of beverage products, service techniques, and quality control.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills to work within a team.
• Ability to work in heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
• Requires lifting and transporting objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Shows integrity and sincerity when interacting with others.

Responsibilities

• Mixes, prepares and serves beverages according to Club recipes and standards.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and sanitation in the beverage area.
• Inspects the beverage pantry prior to opening and requests additional supplies as needed.
• Performs opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Beverage Supervisor.
• Maintains efficient operation of the beverage area including appearance, cleanliness, temperature and setup of inventories.
• Prepares and stocks garnishes.
• Stocks glassware, paper products, ice and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues and ensures safety of inventories.
• Monitors inventory levels and completes paperwork for purchase requests.
• Greets and directs members, players, caddies and patrons professionally.
