Job summary

The Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a Brewing Attendant for the Masters Tournament. You’ll prepare hot and cold beverages, serve patrons, and help keep stands stocked and organized according to Club standards.

This role requires teamwork, endurance in varying conditions, and careful handling of equipment. You will transport items, operate a golf cart or vehicle as needed, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

You must be flexible to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain, or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting, and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity when interacting with others.
• Requires a valid driver’s license if required to operate a Club vehicle or golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Brews coffee and tea products according to guidelines.
• Prepares stands for patrons.
• Delivers product to each line as required by the operational plan.
• Checks quality control at stand lines.
• Communicates with expediters and stand leaders on product needs.
• Keeps equipment and workstation clean to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies, and patrons in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.
