Ascentec Engineering, LLC is seeking a CNC Programmer to develop and implement robust machining processes for advanced precision components. The role demands deep Mastercam experience and the ability to design, troubleshoot, and improve 4- and 5-axis machining processes.

You will own critical components, collaborate with international partners, and mentor shop floor personnel. The position is on-site at our Dallas, Oregon location with strong emphasis on quality, manufacturability, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Mastercam programming experience.
• Experience designing fixturing for 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong GD&T fundamentals and print interpretation.
• Ability to read CMM and other quality reports and data.
• Ability to work on the shop floor and collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and program machining processes for complex components using Mastercam.
• Design strategies and fixtures for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines.
• Own projects from concept to production release and support.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues on the shop floor.
• Mentor machinists and other programmers, and share best practices.
